WARNING: This guide only works on Windows (as far as I am aware at least).
Ever since the release of Java 7 Update 51, the Java security model has been enhanced; and some applications are signed as 'Dangerous'. PkHonor being one of them. This is why (for some players) the webclients give this error.
But, how to fix it?
Easy
Step #1: Open up your start menu, and use the '
search in programs and files' option to search for "
Configure Java".
Step #2: Click on the '
Security' tab.
Step #3: Click on the '
Edit Site List...' button.
Step #4: On the interface, click the '
Add' button, and a new line will appear underneath the '
Location' tab.
Step #5: Type in there:
Step #6: Click the '
OK' button.
Step #7: Click '
Continue' on the Security Warning.
If you followed all the steps correctly, it'll show left to the 'Edit Site List...' button, our site URL now.
You'll now be able to play the webclient, without the security blocking it! c:
Have a nice day,
Thoby

Has nothing to do with comedy, it's a true statement.

This doesn't solve "The application cannot be run", there are several things that can cause that error, this ONLY applies incase the application is blocked by security settings, so I recommend you change the title to how to unblock Java applications blocked by security settings, or something along those lines.
Also, you don't necessarily have to add "Pkhonor.net" as an exception, you can just set your security to medium in the same control panel.

Didn't know there were multiple causes.
Sorry, I'll edit that. Thank you
