Luky911 abusing mod power

Couple of things to note:
Luky wasn't the one that muted Sam.

In the last month, Luky has killed Sam 3 times, all 3 as BH target, all 3 kills Luky risked more than 15B. If this is considered ragging then I think every pker needs to be banned.

Sam's entire yell was "Queer", yelled 23 seconds after Luky yelled something unrelated. There were no yells other than Sam for 4.5 minutes before Sam yelled "queer". I fail to see how this was intended as anything other than an insult, especially since Luky had killed Sam less than half an hour prior.

Pking is part of the game. If you don't want to be killed in the wilderness, don't enter the wilderness. Or at least turn bounty hunter off.

Playing devils advocate here, but I've seen people casually say the n word and other eye-rolling stuff and go unpunished. So to see a player just say the word "queer" and get muted definitely could be a wrong place wrong time scenario but can also definitely fall into the category of "Yea this is just barely against the rules that hardly get enforced but I will enforce it now for my own benefit just to bark back".

He could have easily just responded with "Hey stop, this is a warning" and if the lil guy still kept going at it in ::yell then for sure that's a deserved mute.
Also, is "queer" even a bad word...? I feel that "retard" or "moron" have a more negative connotation. Pls educate me @Iron adam.

Regardless, I don't care. It's definitely not abusing mod powers so just move on. Maybe just ragebaiting and being petty at best. Just don't stoop down to their level of immaturity or rely on your moderator status to come out on top in arguments/indifferences.

It is 100% deserved punishment based on how this guy has been acting. He has been using legit slurs all week, not just saying "queer" in a negative connotation. Classic case of someone crossing the line repeatedly, then finally getting punished after a relatively minor infraction, and then crying about it. The history is there and this was clear baiting/loopholing. This would be like if I cried after getting muted for calling someone "highly regarded". Of course thats not a bad word, but everyone knows what I'm loopholing...
