Account is locked (coming back to game)

Hello i tried to log into my account and there was a message saying "Your password was leaked from another site!" "Please recover your account on at fourms.pkhonor.net"

So i didnt know where to make a post, if im in the wrong section id appreciate if i can be pointed to the right direction to get my account fixed
