i want my log done in my diairy, i got the 2 rings and it didnt even update

I see youve obtained the ring twice, it says you did on your log. It also says you have 5/7 completed on the log because youre missing the onyx and pet drop. Im a bit dumb xD What am I missing?!@#^#&

He's likely talking about the Wilderness achievement diaries not having 2 rings from Venenatis, when he had 2 in the Collection log. If I had to guess
