Trick or Treat! You're invited to the PkHonor Halloween Costume Party 2022. Come dressed up in a costume, join the fun and celebrate Halloween on PkHonor!

• When: Halloween, Monday, Oct. 31, 2022

• Time: There will be different time slots. This way, players who are unable to attend one period will be able to attend another allowing everybody to participate. The following time slots will be open for entry:
  • Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 @ 10:30 AM (Central Time Zone)
  • Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 @ Noon (Central Time Zone)
  • Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 @ 2 PM (Central Time Zone)
  • Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 @ 7 PM (Central Time Zone)
  • Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 @ 10 PM (Central Time Zone)

• Where: We will all meet at Lumbridge (Towns tele, #2)

Your costume will be judged by judges on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being bad, 10 being best, awesome, creative, authentic, awesome, definitely noteworthy. After being judged, your total points will be added up. This total combined points will determine your ranking. There will be prizes for 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place. In the event of a tie, winners who tied will split their prizes.

Review these carefully before entering otherwise you could be disqualified, here are the Costume Guidelines:

• Costume cannot include items which are no longer obtainable. (Ended holiday event items, gravedigger, santa boots, etc.)

• One costume per player.
  • Alt accounts are not allowed to participate as this would be unfair

• Honor accounts are allowed to participate however cannot enter as NPC (cannot do ::p or ::pnpc) and honor accounts cannot ::copy other costumes. Honor accounts must follow all guidelines, just like everybody else.

• Keep in mind that all in-game rules still apply

Not gonna dress up? That's fine, we are looking for volunteers to be judges! If you would like to volunteer to be a judge, message me in-game or reply on here on forums. NOTE: Judges are allowed to enter. However when one judge enters, a backup judge must fill in for them. That way, we always have same # of judges.

For those who are a judge, here are the Judge guidelines:

• Judges cannot play favorites, (example: cannot vote for one player because they like them or friends with them)

• Judges are to vote honestly and fair

• Judges are to vote in private amongst other judges

• Judges cannot influence other judges to vote certain way as this would be unfair
