Follow it exactly, about -.3 times quicker than conventional smithing if you get the timing right.
Notice the first click when I smith is usually slower, that's to get the timing of the ticks right so I can spam click and make bars really fast.
Everything is laid out in my inventory and bank as to be the most efficient possible.
It's that simple!

I tested it 5 times compared to the time it took me to make 1k bars and it average 1272-1318 depending on how well you time your click-ticks and how fast you are.

I used to do the same, but only with 14 bars made per inventory.
