Both option 2 & 3.
If you ruin the chaos comp bp 1 tick wombo combo then i want a refund on the 1017 hours i spent hunting for a chaos on an ironman.

The reason everyone play a private server is because of the custom content. Achieving a ench comp cape is a pain but knowing that the grinds will lead to a Chaos BP make it totally worth it. I am totally against nerfing chaos BP combo. Option 2 & 3 are much better. Option 2 & 3 can be further enhanced to bring the tick down by 3 ONLY for Tbow and given 50% chance to double hit. This way Tbow will be bis range weapon.
TOTALLY AGAINST THE CHAOS BP NERF.

As I've said in discussions about chaos cape nerf, the only solution addressing the problem is option 1. Option 1 is how it always should have been.
But I also don't give a crap about new items, don't like them. So if they don't find their place in the meta so be it. But we already chose the path to put new items in the meta by force so then just do option 1. Because a custom buff to the items makes them act 'weird' or different compared to osrs and not what you expect from them.
