It wouldn’t make sense to me to make the minigame a safe death for every account except HCIM. Not too sure why we would exclude 1 account type...

If you do not make inferno a safe death, then YOU ARE OBLIGATED to make TOB a risky death for HCIM from now on. Just saying

Yes I understand. What I am saying is, I don’t agree with places being safe deaths for all accounts except HCIM (status wise). Places like Zulrah, Hydra, and possibly the Inferno. These are all places that a normal account, Ironman, and Ultimate Ironman can freely go, and die, and simply lose nothing but a few seconds of time. Something about no one risking anything at these places except HCIM doesn’t sit right with me. Also, OSRS inferno is a safe death..... it’s just way too hard imo to be that detrimental
