Mitrovic - Solo Theatre of Blood PB's with Nex gear & CW gear alternative

Hey Guys.
Welcome to this thread, where I want to give you some insights on how to perform solo Theatre of Blood runs succesfully. This thread has been created a long while ago (last updated the 6th of December 2021), and in the meantime I have done a couple hundred of solo attempts, with all different kind of setups. About the videos: I'm not a professional video-editor, sorry for that
. However, I think this could be some nice and useful footage for some of you. Hope you enjoy it all!
Big shoutout to Korasi2’s guide aswell - used a lot of his solo ToB insights and tried to finetune some of them.
Personal opinion:
Fully charged castle wars gear should be slightly better dps wise, but you have to consume more brews, resulting in your stats temporarily being drained more often, which makes me think that the dps differences between both sets are very small. RNG is just a crucial factor. I am convinced that castle wars gear is better for verzik (especially for the second phase, where I can 3way switch between melee and range very smoothly, while it takes me a 7way switch with nex gear). You see this in the clips: with cw gear = 7:06 verzik, with nex gear = 7:46 verzik. Overall, castle wars gear is maybe slightly better, considering I missed a dwh spec at sotetseg and xarpus, yet i hit sub 24 with it. I really wonder where my platform is (= all dwh specs hitting and not making mistakes)
Vert important factor: vengeance runes, and a lot of brews. In solo's, you don't need barrage runes! Venging hits and brewing turned out to be very valuable for me.
