So ummm, master clues?

So, if I recall correctly, we were able to get master clues from completing elites and hard clues (each with a certain rate). What are those rates exactly?
I am personally over 80 elites clues dry of any masters what so ever. Were those removed or had their rates heavily nerfed? I remember getting quite a few off completing elites when masters got released.

Totally forgot these existed it has been so long since I have had one. They seem much more common from mediums? Could just be me though.

You can get them from completing all types of clues.

Very rare since I only have gotten like 4 or 5 masters from a clue ever.

Can we get a word from any of the big chiefs of Tobi? Currently over 80 elites done with no master clue what so ever...help
