Hi, I'm on my knees screaming at the abyss and begging to my non-existent god that when 2B capes come to the game they won't actually cost 2 bil just for +4 prayer. Especially if they have the same effect as the cape of accomplishments with 200m xp. Imagine getting 2B construction after your wife and kids have left you, and you are so broke you can't even cough up 2 billion coins for the cape.

In all seriousness, 2 bil is an outrageous price for the cape. Simply put it's a complete waste and a sad excuse for a gold sink. It should be easily accessible to those who has achieved the mastery. The price difference from 99,000gp to 2,000,000,000gp for the same cape (+4 prayer and style) is unjustified.

I would 100% agree with you if I saw staff and developers agree to re-release cosmetic items such as the gnome scarf and previous holiday items for gp to our active players, but I don't see that happening (because they're afraid of the 8 manchildren who would feel invalidated as veterans). I do not see this as some fashionscape scenario. I'm not saying it should be a 10k cape, I'm saying it shouldn't be 2b. I'd be alright with 500m, hell I'd be okay with 1b.
