So what are we doing with the cerb boots? How will they compare to the glacor boots?

Will Cerb release require a client upgrade? Would be nice to move as close to current as possible sometime soon, given its been more than 2 years now

•Will cerberus drop the crystals that attach to dragon/infinity/ranger boots?
•Will Spectral effect work on NPC's like cerberus and the scorpia?
•Will they replace glacor boots or just be an addition?
•If they're an addition, how will they pair up BIS wise to Glacors set?
•Am I dreaming?

If they have the same stats as OSRS they have +1 attack and defense over Glacor boots lol.

Cerberus, aight I'm down with that. I'm assuming it'll have the same drops as OSRS with the crystals for boots, which begs the question of what will happen to glacor's drop table?
