Cant log in client

I just recently changed my password and I can log into the forums but not in the client.

Although your forums and in-game accounts share the same username they are different accounts. The passwords for both accounts are separate.
You can reset your in-game password by going to the in-game account in your UCP (
here) and clicking the "Recover password / bank pin" button on the right.

Okay, I have tried going to UCP, but my in-game account never had a recovery email set up for the game pw. Is there anyway I can reset the in-game pw a different way?

I have sent out a game recovery email to your email on file. This should also allow you to use the
Automated Recovery System in the future.
