i personally do think that you should be able to get more then 1 looting bag for the pkers.when you looting as a pker you could tend to have to make 2 trips in order to assure u dont die with a "double loot" in ur inv .

Man you tease me, I'm get 2 looting bags. Deposit items and items dupe into both looting bags. I'm panic, but then when I went to extract my free p ring it was just a visual glitch

Java god Mike never allows for dupes to happen. Every glitch reported is essentially just a visual glitch but us mere mortals can not grasp this concept.
