Looting bag, rune pouch and menagerie in a player-owned house, along with one more feature (yet to be announced) that allows for inventory enhancement. Then we can finally get UIM underway.
This post is actually bringing back a little motivation to hop back in. 3/4 things to go till full motivation is back. Cheers for the update.

Nice to see some posts about UIM finally. Would be great to add that and HCIM to the server. Keep up the good work Mike and developers.
