Do donors or premium players get an extra benefit or "discount"?

I believe 10m for first room, and increase over time, until hititing 100M, then 100M per each room.

Maybe an option for 50,75,100,etc? Because 25 then jumping to 250 is a lot.

people complain about the eco, so make this a good cash sink like runescape did when it came out.

I would say around about 150m per room.

I happen to agree with Danny for the first time... in a long time.

1-30m is a decent price for a room.

At first, I thought 100M would be far too much for a room, then I realized some features of rooms could easily save you more money than that (especially in the long term). A lot of the community also just has that much cash to spare, and some things (like endless curses) are far more expensive than this.

That being said, I would propose this price list. Let me know what you think.

it would be nice to actually see peoples wealth in there house not something you blow 5% of your money on and have a huge house
