This exactly. It'll simply be something to help PVM'ers get their XP up some while doing bossing (also: a lot of people don't like skilling. Some do, many don't). It's simply a bonus to help people along the road, not a replacement for hours of grinding a skill to get 2B.
Fair enough. And the 5 cap for the effegies is even better.

Hi Mike,
Here's a simple suggestion for the ::risk command that I posted a while back. It'd be a very nice QOL update and shouldn't be too difficult to implement.

Yeah, presets are nice but as i heard we are gonna lose 15-25% of the actual xp we get (gonna be more expensive for the 2b's lol)

That's a serious exaggeration. Though nothing has been decided yet, it's not going to be anything like that. It's just some small tweaks to make sure the skilling "power creep" doesn't get out of hand. Yes, maybe one or two skills will be tuned down a few percentage points but only because the boosts they are receiving would otherwise be too massive. At the end of the day the XP rates will still be higher than they were before. I suspect it probably won't be any more expensive either. (related
