A lot of high-value transactions are handled through regular (untaxed) trading, while it's often new/poor players who need to pay extra for buying all the stuff they need from the GE they need. In other words, we're mostly helping the poor people with removing the tax. Go poor people!

@Mike - This really helps with newer players, time and time again they find it hard to make money starting off.
Good job, truthfully thinking this will never need to be re-implemented in the future.
