Kingly's do not require premium. That is the only mistake I have found. Bird hunting is also pretty decent XP up to 49.

You cannot be serious. Bird hunting is the worst way to train hunter. My guide has xp/h where U can confirm this.

Thanks for the heads-up about premium and kingly implings and bird hunting is not good at all.
