Mike, I have a Pkhonor Point, in the style of the castle wars ticket. Will I lose it? I spent good money on it.

When will people stop spending money on useless stuff, especially when they know it'll be re-introduced at some point.
If there's only a few tickets left, we'll buy them at a decent price. If there's too many to buy and/or the price is too high, I'm afraid you're out of luck.

He bought it hoping he'd make more money off it later on. He was aware of what it was and what would likely happen to it at the time, as every one has been since rumours of Castle Wars circulated, which was like a year ago...

People with them really shouldn't get too much for them; no one wants them and so they're effectively junk, it's not like with other rares.

Will the comp cape need quests completed to obtain? I don't think that would be fair for skillers, that's like.... their whole thing.

I'm not yet entirely sure what the requirements for the completionist cape will be, but you'll definitely need to have completed all quests to get it. Otherwise, it would be kinda pointless to call it a 'completionist' cape.
Not to mention you'll need level 99 in all skills (at the very least). And you'll need to have unlocked Death.

Sooo, yeah..pure skillers won't be able to get the cape. Sorry.

85b isn't rich .-. And it's meant to be semi difficult to get.

wow I could understand the quests but really, make another way to put mstones ingame then... you're pretty much paying your way to a comp cape, already spent a ton of money on construction.

In actual rs its insanely hard to get the comp cape. Even at 200m an hour death isn't even remotely close to as time consuming as that.
People always complain about the game being too easy, well here you go, get out and challenge yourself.

85b isn't rich .-. And it's meant to be semi difficult to get.

You have to keep in mind that there are players who are incapable of acquiring such wealth (bad merchers, terrible PvM'ers, awful stakers, etc.).

Also, to every un-wealthy player, 85B will always be "rich" to them.
