They do happen a lot while pking, it is quite annoying on a pure.

If they were to be altered then only do it by a minor amount. Yes they do occur 'often' but not ridiculously often. Maybe lower it a tiny bit

Only Dragon Bolt (e) + Ruby Bolt (e) need changing. The rest already appear rare enough.

Don't really use enchanted bolts but I have noticed they rate of the special hitting
