since you changed the spawn, atleast make them worth killing for ironman

i dont mind spawn places, but i think the timer is abit too high for ww, i thought it will be like 2 mins not more, becouse it would take that time to go to next ww for normal players.

Normal players need to run every time to another WW spawn point. Ironman Mode players don't have to, but since the summoners are relatively close to each other, they can reach the other ones in no time to get a new one. Once again, this behaviour is no different (even somewhat easier) than what it is for regular players - Ironman players even have the option to wait 4 minutes in the same place if they want, which regular players do not.

tbh the spawners are fine. They are where I expected them to be around when they were first released anyway. Still way better then having no spawners,

Is the 4 minutes timer paused if we log out?

No, the timer is in real time, so if you kill a WW, log out and wait 4 minutes, you can spawn a new one right away. Good question though.
