This topic came up in yell. I was always under the impression that the 10% accuracy bonus was in wilderness PvP combat only to compensate for the removal of the HP boost in 2015.
Everyone says the accuracy boost is applied in PvM as well. Can anyone confirm this?
Nex sets in PvM.

Yeah its supposed to be in pvm like that. Slayer helm on streak is still better tho. Didn't even know the nex set bonus accuracy worked in pvp
