PvP damage cap change

What should we change about hits in PvP?

Do not display a higher hit than your opponent has hitpoints at the time a hit lands

Display the damage roll of your hit regardless of the opponent's hitpoints

Due to the overwhelming support, I've made the necessary changes to the game code, so players will be shows what they would hit regardless of they opponent's hitpoints, as well as a second combat XP drop if their opponent heals in between the start of the attack and the moment the hit lands.

These changes will be included in the next server update.
