I’m not a fan of messing with the cape cost. Leave it be and let’s not open the potential for loop holes. Cost has been fine and nobody has complained about it after the first week it was released. It’s accepted now, let it be.

Plus people will complain that it’s not fair they haven’t completed diaries so they must suffer by receiving less gold but having to spend more. Not worth the hassle.
