[Combat system] Verac's set

In this thread, we will discuss the Verac's set. Some claim the set's special effect occurs far too often, causing people to hit through enemy protection prayers a lot and making this set too strong.

I do not pk in it often, but I believe it is fine the way it is.

dharoks is of of the problems when it comes to pking.

I rarely PK, but it does seem to be way too consistent. It will hit 20+ regardless of any Protection Prayers.

EDIT: If someone wants to help me find out just how often it hits through Prayer and all, come Duel Arena with: pray pots, brews + decent gear (such as barrows).

You can hit to many times through someones prayer.

Veracs special isn't just hitting through prayer. It also hits the their armor, allowing it to hit 35+ constantly which is normal strength but the special occurs to often.

It hits through Armor and Prayer TOGETHER.

I think it should be Slighty revamped because it isnt that expensive...

Considering the feedback and poll results, I've hereby slightly lowered the chance on the verac's set effect to occur (though not significantly). This change will take effect at the next server update.
