Not everything, but some things just need to be nerfed in order to make the game more balanced. Would be stupid to have one gear setup that outhits everything else, much to the frustration of others.

The occurrence on bolts isn't the problem with ranging.

It's the fact that a rune cbow hits just as, if not more than, as frequently as a CCB.

The fact that someone in black dhide and a rune cbow can hit nonstop 20s on a player in full zuriels is just BS.

Maybe a slight reduce but mainly the accuracy of the crossbows need to be looken at (like said before).

The reduction of the effect occurence won't be big, the accuracy will be taken care of in the new combat system.

As long as it stops Rune C'bows outhitting a Chaotic Crossbow so often, I'm all for it :D

The effect does happen too much, and there should be a more noticeable difference between different crossbows
