As a funning item, I don't see how it could hurt to be used in the duel arena.

Allowing all customs to be used through the DA could form a new rivalry between the whips, posing more competition and upping the demand on them, depending how you look at it.

I don't believe that will increase the demand of them, seeing as that would be the only chance to use that whip. Anywho, I would allow them in the DA.
