Unfortunately no it doesn't but when in wildy you have 50 % chance for getting an elite clue scroll

i like the guide, but honestly, i dont think the drop rate for elites is 50% in wildy. you would get them like every 3-4 kills.
it may be a 50% increase in the normal rate
-- example :
---- if the normal rate is 10% (for mathematical simplicity) , then with the 50% increase, the rate would be 15%
---- i feel in the wildy, the drop rate is doubled so from 10% (non-wildy) to 20% (wildy)
again, not accurate drop rates in my post, just for example.
