Yeah lots of stuff like this had to be fixed back then. People botted it and crashed the prices.

You can still make a ton of money off of herblore though. Super Prayers will sell for 200-250k. Super restores will sell for 200k each. Antifires for 500k each. Supercombats for 1m each.
Just have to sell in the ge to actual players instead of junking them.

Got 2b herb on my main because of this method.
