Maging Armadyl Godwars

Alright, so here is a brief guide on how to mage Kree'arra with some thoughts at the end.

Gear and inventory:

^Customize as you wish.

Kill example:



How it works is after entering the room, you do your first kill however you see fit best and then move a square east of the NW corner. This is the starting point of the subsequent kills. You can attack Geerin (the ranged minion) once and move into the corner before attacking Kreearra. This is will prevent Kilisa (melee minion) from doing any damage to you. Skree is usually stuck behind Kreearra, so the barrage's hitbox doesn't hit him. What you do then is move a step east, let Skree come in and then go back into the corner. For some reason the 3x3 hitbox is close to Kreearras left wing.

Try to avoid taking two sips of a brew in a row. It leaves you unable to cast blood barrage which can really mess up your kill.

Some thoughts/observations:

[*] I've only started testing this method so this guide is not perfect. But barraging Kree works and might even better than ranging kree. Average between 10-15 kills per trip with the gear and inventory above.
[*] You often kill a minion or two while attacking Kree. You either have less minions to deal with after finishing Kree or they respawn and you get extra loot :)
[*] Method might not work in weak mage gear, because you need good dps to not be forced into sipping brews.
[*] Possible for chins to work too? Chinning with a souls cape maybe better?

There are other corners that are more effective, personally found the two corners to the south to be more effective. Also it's worth noting this method use to be a lot more effective before 2013. Ahrims+ is best to use.

Mike changed things like no clipping, and npcs stacking together. You used to be able to stack all minions + kree in a single barrage pile, made for an interesting glitch when every time you killed one boss it spawned double every time, eventually crashed the server...oops.
