Brimhaven
Spoiler: show
There are a number of Dragons in Brimhaven dungeon. They can be easily teleported to.

In any magic spell book, go to "Monsters" then select "Dragons".

Once there, just kill the dragons.

Pretty self explanatory. :P

Technique.
Spoiler: show
There are many techniques in killing dragons, but here I will teach you mine, and I'm sure countless other PkHonor players.

When killing dragons, I bury all of the unnoted bones, freeing up tons of inventory space.

Note: you do get 4-7 noted dragon bones every now and again, and that is where you will get a majority of your bones.

Closing.
If you are looking for EXP rates for slayer, please check out a good friend of mine's Slayer Guide: Fetish's Slayer Guide

Thank you to Re Incarnate(Kyle) for allowing me to use his honor for the ease of getting items.

P.S. Moartits, You can use this for the wiki, fam. ;)

After reviewing your post I see your just saying that's a possible spot, not saying its only area for black dragons, but you should put in that part itself that there is also 4 black dragons at the dragons teleport.

Ehh, I think it's fine the way it is.

I gave them the options that I use as an older player, nothing more. :)
