Just because someone didn't post much on the forums doesn't mean they can't "come back". For all you know he played a lot during 2013, was a very respected player in-game, quit and now came back. No need to take a crap on someone you don't know at all. Forum posts don't really mean that much anyways, your peewee decreases by 1cm per 1k posts. Ask Ben.
