Completionist cape

The Max and Completionist Capes have been released!

Please note that whenever a new quest is introduced, anyone who previously purchased a Completionist Cape will not be able to wear it until they have completed the new quest.
Both capes can be bought at a Marble Cape Rack (or Magical Cape Rack) in the Costume Room of a Player-Owned House.

Max and Completionist Capes and Hoods will automatically be returned to your refund box (for free) if you lose them.

Max and Completionist Cape requirements and stats:

Max Cape requirements:
- Level 99 in all skills
- At least 5 skills with 200M XP
- Have Premium status
- All quests completed
- All achievements completed
- Unlocked Endless Ancient Curses
- Unlocked Rapid Renewal Prayer
- Unlocked Augury Prayer
- Unlocked Rigour Prayer
- Unlocked the rights to trade items from the PkHonor Point shop

Max Cape price:
- 3,000 PkHonor Points
- 2 billion coins

Max Cape Stats:
Stab Attack +5
Slash Attack +5
Crush Attack +5
Magic Attack +5
Ranged Attack +5
Stab Defence +15
Slash Defence +15
Crush Defence +15
Magic Defence +15
Ranged Defence +15
Strength +5
Ranged Strength +5
Prayer +5
Magic Damage +5%
Ava's accumulator effect


Completionist Cape requirements:
- All Max Cape requirements
- At least 200M XP in 20 skills
- At least 2B XP in 8 skills
- 1 TzTok-Jad kill
- 100 Dagannoth Kings kills
- 50 Kalphite Queen kills
- 50 Nex kills
- 200 Kills of all other Godwars Dungeon Bosses (200 total kills between the 4 bosses)
- 100 Corporal Beast kills
- 50 Zulrah kills
- Reached at least wave 40 in Zombie - Endless
- Complete All Wilderness achievements

- A Morph ring with Death unlocked OR 50 Nomad kills and 50,000 Slayer Points (you'll keep the points). Magic treasure chest is not a requirement.


Completionist Cape Price:
- 1 Max Cape (will be sacrificed)
- 1 Fire Cape (will be sacrificed)
- 5,000 PkHonor Points
- 10,000 Slayer Points
- 1,000 Pest Control Points
- 5 billion coins

Completionist Cape Stats:
Stab Attack +10
Slash Attack +10
Crush Attack +10
Magic Attack +10
Ranged Attack +10
Stab Defence +20
Slash Defence +20
Crush Defence +20
Magic Defence +20
Ranged Defence +20
Strength +10
Ranged Strength +10
Prayer +10
Magic Damage +10%
Ava's accumulator effect
When you have achieved at least 200M XP in all skills, you are able to combine your Completionist Cape with any Custom Whip, granting you the Whip's bonuses special effects and special attack. These capes are obviously untradeable. You cannot wear a custom whip and completionist cape of the same enchantment at the same time.
Combining costs 300M coins and will result in the whip being destroyed (this can be done at a Marble Cape Rack).
You can undo this by returning the enchanted cape and sacrificing a normal Abyssal Whip, then you'll get the original (unenchanted) Completionist Cape and the custom whip back (however this can only be done at a Magical Cape Rack!)

In order to perform the special attack of the sacrificed whip, you need to use 'Operate' on your enchanted cape (which will also drain your special energy bar).
Note that the special attack cannot be used on players in the wilderness. Passive effects of an enchanted cape will also not affect player versus player combat in the wilderness (when fighting a player with an enchanted cape, the game will act as if you were wielding an unenchanted Completionist Cape instead).

Overview of bonuses of enchanted Completionist Capes:

Chaos
Increases the speed of the weapon you're currently wielding but gives you +0 melee and ranged attack bonus and +0 melee and ranged strength bonus (versus the +10 attack and strength bonuses of an unenchanted Completionist Cape)
The special attack will make your next attack hit instantly

Magic
Gives you an additional +20 Magic Attack and Magic defense bonus, increases the damage of all spells with +20% (versus the +10% magic damage bonus of an unenchanted Completionist Cape) and allows you to autocast spells without a staff
This cape is the only one without a special attack, but you use 'Operate' to select your autocast spell.

Shadows
You dodge 15% of all incoming attacks
Its special attack will spawn a shadow warrior (with the same stats as yourself) which will attack your enemy for 10 seconds.

Holy
Gives you an additional +20 bonus to your prayer and all your defensive stats
Its special attack will cause the affected target to only deal 50% damage to you for the next 30 seconds.

Unholy
Gives you an additional +20 bonus to your prayer, as well as to your stab, slash, crush and ranged attack bonuses.
Its special attack will increase the accuracy and damage of your next attack with 30%.

Balance
Gives you an additional +20 bonus to your prayer, +10 bonus to your stab, slash, crush and ranged attack bonuses and +10 bonus to all your defensive stats
Its special attack will increase the accuracy and damage of your next attack with +15% and the affected target can only deal 50% damage to you for the next 15 seconds.

Souls
You will heal 20% of all damage you deal
Its special attack will heal you for 50% of the damage you deal on your next attack.

Fortune
If you kill a monster while wielding this cape, there is a +14% chance to receive a drop from this monster (this bonus also applies to rare items). This cape can be used along with a Ring of Wealth to increase drop chances even further.
Its special attack will mark the NPC you attack, and on death the mark will be consumed to give you a +1% chance on item drops. The mark will always take effect even if someone else kills the target.

Please note that the requirements have not yet been updated on the test server, first I'll wait for the outcome of the new poll.
Also, some hoods and enchanted capes may be slightly glitched, but those will be (more or less) fixed with a client update that will be released alongside the release on the actual server.

Whoa mike releasing new content and making his players happy ? jeeez , u shood lyk let me in game to test such a creation that u have brought upon on god java mike coder of all the codes of league of legends plz senpai bless me

so what happens if you shadow spec and you get the warrior, but the enemy dies before 10 seconds over?
do we get to control it until durations done or does it just disappear
