More events!

Now that the events over Christmas new years are now over, I would like to propose just having something like that but more consistent. I know people were off during the holidays which would inflate player count anyways, but I’d like to think because of these events people had more of a reason to log in where as they might not have.
Would be cool to have what we had over the holidays but just through the year.
One week we could have increased clue scrolls long side corp.
Next week nex + double exp
Week after godwars + double votes
Something simple but always have something going that’s long term not for 3 hours. Now that people are going to be back at work ect most of the time you miss the useful events because of that.

3 hour events basically dont exist to me because of time zones

Double XP is usually only once a year, so it will be a while until the next one.

Double Votes is automatically scheduled at the start of each month. This is when the toplists reset, so it is the most beneficial to the server to get increased vote traffic then. I can't schedule Double Votes manually for this reason, by design.

As for the rest, I will schedule good/decent week long events until we get updates again. Stuff like 2x xp for specific skills, corp, zulrah, vork, cox, tob, clues, double pets, etc.

I have been advocating for it more in recent years since updates are sparce. It used to really average about once a year.
