Even doing a 1.25t risk fight doesn't lure pkers to edge wild

I've tried everything in my limited power to blow even a tiny bit of life into the wild for a month now and it's impossible. No suggestions or reworks or anything is going to fix this. Handing out billions doesn't even work effectively it's incredible.

I might try again next year but this was a big waste of time and energy.
