I have killed around 800 or so moles and only gotten 5 mole skins. So imo, from my personal experience, mole skins are shit.

Aren't ultra rare drops like 1:200+?

So that's around 20,000 kills assuming it's on the lower end of the spectrum of the "ultra rare" drops.
