Good option for re-balancing the power of a Chaos Comp cape to a healthier state. My only question is whether or not this effect will apply to combat status (i.e. Accurate, Rapid, Long-range styles) separately or will the rate change only be factored by one of the combat styles (like only rapid tick rate of 3 for blowpipe)? I bring this up as it could cause a higher dps change if someone was to now use Accurate (depending on how much you have the accuracy bonus set to) in comparison to just using rapid.

Changes were made, the way it works now is as is outlined here (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=84354), with the unwritten quirk that when using rapid, the 1 tick speed reduction for rapid is done after the chaos speed increase (meaning rapid crossbows and bows are 3 tick). DPS hasn't changed significantly but meta is also no longer "just buy a blowpipe" which is good
