Haven't read the complete thread so if this has been asked before, my apologies.
Will you be able to use an excisting account with low timeplayed/maybe even a NPC that will reset your account so you can start fresh as an ironman.

Nah, he said it has to be a completely fresh account doesn't matter if you have 1 Hour timeplayed or less.
