Delays in refund requests and donation issues

There have recently been quite some people who have asked for a refund on their donation or who have a problem with a donation. I haven't had much time the last few days to take care of these cases, but I'll try my best to catch up with all of them next week. The same goes for some PM's and hack cases which yet need to be answered to.

I count on everyone's understanding in this matter.

What about the "refund" section itself, surely it shouldn't take people 3 months onward for a refund? 6 or 7 pages wort.... hmmm
