23 December Updates: Christmas event, minor bugfixes

A big thank you to
@Iron vok for writing this year's Christmas event. It's a rather short and simple one, but unlike other holiday events, the rewards are not just purely cosmetic. Consider it a buff for the duration of the event.
The event will last for:
This update also includes a couple of minor bugfixes:
- The poison pools at the Great Olm will no longer inflict lasting poison when you are protected against poison. Standing in the pools will still do damage as long as you stand in the pool, regardless of poison protection. This effect should now work as intended.
- A bug has been fixed that would prevent unblocking a blocked slayer task from the second page on your blocked task list.
- The bank booths at the air and water altars have been slightly moved to fix a minor visual bug.

Update to my original post: the cause of the bugged item piles on death has been found and a fix will be included in the next server update.
