You need to extract the ZIP file before you run the EXE. If you try to run it from inside the ZIP directly you get a warning telling you that. If you ignore that warning then you do indeed gat that error, the client simply cannot run without being extracted first.

Clicking to change tabs also makes you walk for tabs that are not underneath the inventory. So for me clicking the combat style, stats, quest, inventory, equiped, and prayer tabs also make my character walk. Clicking the magic, friend, ignore, clan chat, settings, emote tabs do not

There are 3 item IDs for unnoted spottier capes. The first one (10071) is correct. The second one (10074) equips in the weapon slot. The third one (10664) does not have an option to wear, only use, drop, examine

That's normal, it's exactly the same on the live server. There are many duplicates in the item DB that do not work properly simply because they are not meant to be used as player-accessible items in the game. If these broken items are somehow obtainable in the game then it's definitely worth reporting. All in-game activities should give you the item with the right ID, the one that actually works as it should. As for being able to spawn those broken versions with commands, I wouldn't report that. There are thousands of them.

Perhaps in the future we can do some cleanup but for the purpose of this cache update we're only looking for things that got broken compared to the current live server.

Also, are we going to get certain items sprites updated too? Some got updated ( thermy pet, regular jewelry, anguish necklace, ring of suffering, armadyl set, trident of the seas, raw dark crabs, godsword blade, bonecrusher, slayer helmet, holy book) but some did not, like the dragon defender, staff of light, archers ring (i) and seers ring (i), dragon pickaxe, dragon claws, godswords ( mostly the armadyl godsword's appearance ), we could also throw in the dragon platebody and the spirit shields as a whole. Any reason why these items didn't got changed as well? ( not including the dragon platebody and spirit shields)

Most of these items were added customly. This means that they aren't the same one OSRS uses (for Dragon claws for example, seeing as the cache didn't have these before). When searching for dragon claws using ::i <itemname> you'll find a few versions of Dragon claws. Spawning these ones will actually have the newer sprite. But they'd have completely different item-ids. Same for the staff of light.

Some of those items are overwritten manually. The model for the Dragon Defender for example. It has the correct item-id but the client overwrites the models.

This might be an older issue with the test client (never used it before) but the GUI and zoom make it unplayable on 4k screens

Windows DPI scaling should work on the test client but is only guaranteed if you launch it by running the Play_PkHonor_Windows.exe file. If you run PkHonor.jar directly then it will use your system-installed Java which probably does not support the UI scaling. Could that be the reason it doesn't work for you?

a bug at glacors when ur on top level and u click the icy cavern it teleports u as shown in my picture also is on current server
