Duradel is tracking the movement of a titan by the name of Barbatos. He's located somewhere in the deep wilderness. Duradal will be grouping at Edgville at 7pm Saturday (CEST):

The lamps are just to compensate you getting rewarded slayer xp, due to this being a slayer themed event.

It would only be available 24 hours prior to the event, and would end as the event does. Your task would reset if/isn't your kill. Reward would be like 1k slayer points, 5m exp if you got 1st place. Etc etc
