- 99 in all skills
- All quests done
- All achievements done
- Atleast 10 skills with 2.000.000.000 XP in those.
- Atleast 200M xp in all skills.
- 10.000 PkPoints (This will be a payment when buying the cape)
- 5 billion of money (This will be a payment when buying the cape)
- Permanent acces to Curses
- 50 Nex Kills
- 100 Corporal Beast Kills
- 200 Kills of all other Godwars Dungeon Bosses
- Unlocked Augury Prayer
- Unlocked Rapid Renewal Prayer
- Unlocked Rigour Prayer
- A Fire Cape (This will be sacrificed)
- Complete The Last Journey
- Complete Pest Invasion
- Complete Wise Old Man
- Build a Magic chest in your house
- Build Nomad in your house
- Obtain a Morph Ring
- Unlock Death on your Morph Ring
- 99 in all skills
- All quests done
- All achievements done
- Atleast 10 skills with 2.000.000.000 XP in those.
- Atleast 100M xp in all skills.
- 15.000 PkPoints (This will be a payment when buying the cape)
- 5 billion of money (This will be a payment when buying the cape)
- 1,000 PC Points
- 500 Player Kills (player must be risking 3m+)
- Permanent access to Curses
- 50 Nex Kills
- 100 Corporal Beast Kills
- 200 Kills of all other Godwars Dungeon Bosses
- Unlocked Augury Prayer
- Unlocked Rapid Renewal Prayer
- Unlocked Rigour Prayer
- A Fire Cape (This will be sacrificed)
- Complete The Last Journey
- Complete Pest Invasion
- Complete Wise Old Man
- Have at least 30 rooms and a Fountain of Heroes in your house.
- Have all of the taxidermy boss heads mounted on your walls at least once.
- Build Nomad in your house
- Obtain 50,000 slayer points
- Reached wave 40 in the Endless Zombie Minigame
- Be a respected member of the community.


The last requirement is a biggie in my opinion, if we could make a command such as ::unrep (username) then that player wouldn't be allowed to obtain the Completionist or Max cape. This may sound absurd at first but if you consider it, it's quite a good idea.
If a player is being a nuisance, asshole or a general troll then an Admin + can ::unrep the said player, not only would this encourage a positive attitude in the game and community but it would potentially reform some of the current dickwads we have now.
Also, I'm not stating you need permission from an admin by command to be able to purchase it, a new account would have that requirement done it's just a way to make people behave throughout their journey.

I know that's a bit wild but eh, I like it.

I'd like to make a statement here: when I released Death, a lot of people complained it was too hard to get.

A few months later, a lot of people (funny enough, also people who previously complained about it being too hard) said death was 'too easy to get and it's everywhere'.


That being said, I'll go with what Hashtag said - it's a status symbol and it's meant to be very, very, very, VERY rare. I do acknowledge that a big bank does matter a lot in order to obtain it, but it's only one of the many requirements.
And at least this time, people won't be able to complain about "oh em gee completionist cape is supposed to be and endgame item but I've already seen 20 people with it today".

If the majority of the people who cast their vote say that the requirements are way over the top, I'd be willing to lower some. But negotiations will be tough.

Did at first, but when thinking about it, that is indeed not a good idea. I've removed most of the money aspects of both the Max and Completionist cape, making them something that requires effort and skill, not just luck (or having donated a lot).

Is castle wars on the test server? If so people can go on there and try finding ever last bug that is on it and report it to your email until you get back mike.

I'll try to release an early version of castle wars on the test server, so players can already do some bughunting while I'm away. It would definitely save us some time in the long run.
