Does one's parrot stack with another player's parrot effects in a lootshare?

People always said that ring of wealth does not increase the droprate of clue scrolls. You are saying otherwise, plus saying that the parrot increases it even more. Can you clarify this?

Yes, I'm pretty sure its a rare drop that parrot does influence 1% greater than the wealth ring

Plus you can you change the wilderness settings? Would be nice if you could pvm in wildy, like wildy wyrm, with the parrot as well. Familiars aren't allowed in wilderness, make parrot an exception please.
